With EXPLORE we build the bridge between the port and the technology world for the transfer of practical technology knowledge to port and logistics companies. We currently offer two formats under EXPLORE, the innovate:me BusinessHack Edition and our smartDive, which will help you and your organisation get the most out of new technologies and methods.
Together with our partners Artificial Intelligence Center Hamburg (ARIC) e.V. and Logistik Initiative Hamburg (LIHH) Management GmbH, we have developed an AI training format specifically tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). We don't just talk about AI, we show you in a practical way how to use this cutting-edge technology in a targeted business context. Make your day-to-day work easier and learn how you can use AI to make tasks more efficient. When you register for the format, you can also submit a use case, which we will incorporate into the seminar content where possible.
In our smartDIVE format, we immerse ourselves with you in the specific challenges of your organisation, to find and implement new impulses and innovative solutions with the help of new technologies and methods. Throughout a project lasting from a few days to several weeks, we will work with you to help your organisation gain new perspectives and develop innovative approaches that will quickly deliver visible benefits. We are launching this series of formats in partnership with the Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft mbH. Building on the Kreativ Gesellschaft's"Attack your Business" format, which helps you to radically rethink your current business model and develop innovative solutions to identified environmental risks, we will support you and your organisation with our smartDive format to implement the solutions you have developed.

homePORT Hamburg, ARIC and LIHH have jointly developed this innovative format, which is specially tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The learning success is completely independent of previous experience with artificial intelligence."Oh no, please, not another technical seminar where I only understand half of it...?" Don't worry. We're not fans of front-loading either and want to make sure you not only understand the content but can apply it when you need to. Each participant can therefore bring their use case, which will be analysed and worked on with the experts at the seminar. Please submit your proposed use case when you register and we will do our best to incorporate it directly into the seminar content. With the "Attack your Business" format, Kreativ Gesellschaft will help you to question and radically rethink your business model so that your organisation is prepared for the challenges and risks that are already lurking in your immediate environment today or in the not-too-distant future. As part of a 3.5-day workshop series, you will work with the creative experts in a protected collaboration space to develop at least 3 solutions for new business models or products/services. We will support you over X weeks in a total of X sessions to implement the solution approach. We will teach you the Lean Customer Development methodology and help you to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that can be rapidly tested in the marketplace to directly validate the business model innovation you are seeking, laying the foundation for your organisation's future business success.
